We use your mobile phone number to verify your identity and to secure your account.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing.
When you enter your phone number during sign-up or account recovery and request a verification code, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from ProProfile. These messages are limited to one-time passcodes for sign-up and account recovery. We do not send marketing, promotional, or activity-notification text messages.
You receive an SMS only when you request a code, such as at sign-up or account recovery. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not delete your account but may limit sign-in and account-recovery features.
Recruiters can discover your profile based on skills, experience, and preferences. Your name and contact information remain private until you accept a recruiter's connection request. You control your profile's visibility and can pause or hide it at any time.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Residents of certain U.S. states (including Texas, California, and others) have specific rights under applicable state privacy laws.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use service providers to operate the Service, including cloud hosting, SMS delivery, and authentication providers. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and do not receive your mobile opt-in data for their own marketing.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
