These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of proprofile.com and related services (the "Service") operated by ProProfile, Inc. ("ProProfile," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid mobile phone number used to verify your identity. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
Candidates create profiles that recruiters can discover. Your contact information remains private until you accept a recruiter's connection request. Recruiters may be charged when a candidate accepts a connection. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, responses, or any particular outcome.
By providing your mobile phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from ProProfile, including one-time passcodes and account or security notifications.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant ProProfile a license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the Service, including presenting your profile to recruiters in accordance with your visibility settings.
Candidates use the Service for free. Recruiters may be charged fees as described at the point of purchase. All fees are stated before you incur them.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProProfile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
